Hagar The Horrible
Hagar The Horrible was a comic strip written by Dik Browne starting in February 1973. It’s the tale of Hager The Horrible, an overweight viking with a red beard and what happens in his daily life with his ship mates and his wife. Some characters include Hagar, Helga his wife, Eddie his lieutentant, Honi his 16 year old daughter, Hamlet, his son, Lute, Honi’s boyfriend, Kvack the family’s German duck and Snert their dog.
Discontinued in 1970’s.
